We've been trying for a baby for 6 months now ,just having sex about 3 times a week, not really working though need some help with understanding ovulation.
i also have pcos is there hope? i want lose weight and get healthy to give me more of a chance of conceiving.
Every time i've dieted my periods have stopped so im very worried because im quiet regular at the moment. I s there a special diet for pcos ,i know your not meant eat much carbs.
not on any medication, i have not been to the docs not finding them usefull and its almost impossible to get a appointment.

Don't diet, just eat healthily. Try charting your cycles and BBT with www.fertilityfriend.com so you know if/when you O (all the info is on the site!). the fact your cycles are steady is a good indication you're probably Oing regularly, so that will increase your chances of conception with PCOS.

I have pcos too and have had 4 babies, and am trying for # 5 which will be my final. anyway i have taken metformin to get pregnant. it can take up to 6 months to regulate ovulation, but i have always been pregnant within 6 months of starting the medication. if metformin alone doesn't work most pcos women can get pregnant by combining metformin and clomid. anyway your chances of getting pregnant on your own are not great, which doesn't mean it can't happen, but you should really consider getting to a doctor and starting treatment. also doing an internet search on pcos and getting pregnant will give you tons of info.
