I have a ball python
I had been gone for a while from my snake and left the snake in my brothers care.
of course they did everything BUT CLEAN THE STINKIN CAGE!
I think he has a minor case of scale rot, he has 2 or 3 scales on his belly that are brownish.
I have cleaned his cage and will of course keep that way from now on!
will this help so it will eventually go away and not get any worst?
Is there someone who is actually experianced with snakes that they can give me a better answer then just "take it to a vet"
Sure I'll take it to a vet if he got REALLY bad and he couldn't shed or something, but it's nothing near that, I just want to know if everything will be okay and if there are simple things I can do to prevent it? or maybe a good product to put on his scales I can get at the pet stores?
