My S500i has broken, the screen is completely blank but I need to change all my contacts from the phone to sim card. I can't do this with no screen so if anyone has an S500i please can you do this on your phone and write down as you are going along which buttons you press when so that I can hopefully follow it and do it even though I have no screen.
If you could also tell me which buttons to press when for how to restore factory settings too that would be great.
