Period leaks?

Does anyone have leaks? I am an adult women and I still have leaks. I usually wear dark blue jeans so in case no one will know. I really hate it at night. I can't lay on my back cause the blood will run to the back, or the front cause it'll run to the front. I have to lay on my sides, and it hurts after a while. Do some of you girls bleed alot? My mom told me that I shouldn't bleed that much, not until I am older at least. My mom and mother in law, and other girls, say they bleed more when they get to their menopause age. What do yall think?
