so i usually get my period a few days before i had the month before..last month i got it the 9th and now i got it the 7th..but i think i get it more than 2 days before..my cramps are usually horribly painful and this month it was the same way..but it might be a bit lighter..i took lots of medicine for the pain so that could've lightened my load..but i still need more than a panty liner..any input?
