Personal Meeting Declaration Signature for Form I-129F?

Regarding question 18 of the Petition for Alien Fiancee form I-129F, we need to write a declaration of how my fiance and I met in person in the last two years, this should be a single typed page which requires a signature.

Do we both need to sign it personally? Or can it just be signed by my fiance?
