I have been working out for about 1 year now. I do mainly pilates.
Anyway, Why is it that my celulite has become MORE apparent with Pilates? It's like I have a layer of water underneath my skin, above the muscle and fat. It's like, this layer of water pushed on the celulite making it more apparent. Also, I've gone up in the scale but don't necessarily look that much bigger. My clothes fit snugger, but that's only because my butt has lifted a little.
How can I lose the fat? Do I need to do cardio? how much?

I feel spongier as opposed to flabbier. Why?
