Phone help, please? :( I have a Motorola Droid Razr, not the MAXX.?

I have a Motorola Droid Razr. It's a great phone. I just have a minor problem. It seems that my SD Card in my phone isn't working right. I wanted to upload my pictures off of my SD card to my laptop for Facebook and Twitter. I had some family over a couple weeks ago and wanted to upload those pictures. I put the SD card in the Adapter, insert it into my laptop and it said no photo's and all of my photo's are still on my Razr Phone. How can I move my pictures onto my SD card? I can't seem to figure it out. I'm pretty good with phones but not this one I guess. Help anyone?
