I have a phone that uses motoblur.
I have wifi and a data plan

After a phone update, some of the applications were not working or were running slow so my cell provider told me to reset my phone back to factory settings. Otherwise my cell providers only answer is to contact motorola cause they can't fix it.
If you have a phone with motoblur you know that it will not let you into the phone without an account.
First I used my old account information... it said that it had timed out and there must be something wrong with the account. I made a new email account and it said the exact same thing.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? ... I already tried calling motorola and of course they are closed on the weekends.
