phones similar to hiptop, nokia N810, iMate ect but cheaper?

I was just wondering, apart from hiptops, and extremely expensive phones ($600 AU +) if there are any CHEAPER ($200 - $300 price range AU) for phones that have the function of a full slide out keyboard like all these phones.
