Photography class help - have to photograph Easter/Spring/St. Patrick's day for a

Greeting Card? For my high school photography class, our latest assignment is to take photos representing either Easter, Spring, or St. Patrick's day, to make a greeting card. I was wondering if anyone has creative ideas of what to photograph for these themes, keeping in mind that there IS still snow on the ground and I have a limited amount of time to get a decent picture. Thanks !

have a guy with long hair and a long beard, jewish but not jewish looking, drinking a green guiness on the church steps
