'm 15 years old, male, 5,9, i weigh 132 lbs . I'm pretty fit, with a six pack you can barely see. I need a workout that will make me supper fit and works on speed/endurance training plus i need more body mass, for the upcoming soccer season. i don't like using weights because i can't afford to stunt my growth. so what i'm asking for is a workout that will help me increase body mass, increase speed and endurance (aerobic and anaerobic). any help will be appreciated.
i'm not trying to loose weight, i'm trying to bulk up with muscle and need a workout -_- i can run the 400 meters under a minute, so i'm not fat, just a small layer covering my six pack.
