'm 15 years old, male, 5,9, i weigh 132 lbs . I'm pretty fit, with a six pack you can barely see. I need a workout that will make me supper fit and works on speed/endurance training plus i need more body mass, for the upcoming soccer season. i don't like using weights because i can't afford to stunt my growth. so what i'm asking for is a workout that will help me increase body mass, increase speed and endurance (aerobic and anaerobic). any help will be appreciated.
i'm not fat, i can run the 400 meters under a minute. i'm really skinny with a layer of fat covering my six pack, but my arms are pretty skinny. i need a work out to get body mass. preferably without weights.i'm not trying to loose weight
