Physical Fitness Test...help me please : )?

So next week is our Physical Fitness Test at school. It has been a really high hope of mine to get the presidential award but I need a lot of help to get it. i know what you are thinking, one weekend is a very short amount of time to do this, impossible if you must, but I have already been working really hard, it just hasn't gotten me very far. anwyways, we are allowed to re-do the test as many times as we like, and here are the presidential qualifications for my age group (I;m a girl, by the way) what exercises can i do to get presidential in ALL of these by the end of next week? please, please help me. thank you so much in advanced!

1 mile run in 8:13 min. or less..... i can run it in about 10. :(

22 push ups...i can do this since i practiced a LOT. : )

46 sit ups in a minute (arms crossed over you)....owch. i can do like...15 or 20

shutte run in 10.1 seconds...i can do this already too

v-sit and reach 7 inches past your toes...this is my WORST part. I can reach 1 inch without stretching and 2 inches with stretching.

sorry friend, but 1 week is not enough time to train up that much that youll hit your lofty goals.

You seem to excel in running... so keep up whatever your training with there.

you seem to not be very good with strength of abs and obliques... so every night do 5 sets of 20 situps. Rest in between for a few minutes... if you can do 15-20 right now... do it! then rest for 5 mins and see if you can do another 15 or 20. then rest 5 more mins, then see if you can do another 15. etc.
Try for 100 per night. Once you are doing better at it... try doing 30 at once... then try 35, then try 40.. build up to 46 in 1 minute. Get it?

Same thing goes for pushups... try to do 30 if u can do 22... or try to do 40 if u can do 30 now. build up by pacing yourself by doing sets of 10 or 15, with a 1 minute rest in between.

The Sit and reach is one of those exercise/stretches that just doesnt work for everyone. I can do well over 12 inches because I have shorter legs and a really long torso and long arms. You must have long legs (since ur good at running! lol) but shorter arms/shorter torso. You may never get to 7 inches! But, try googling yoga stretches and working on flexibility... you might just be not flexible right now and with stretching nightly, youll get there.
