Hi guys Im a Nerdy Kid Im not Fat And im not Completely skinny Either Im Mostly Lower Body Oriented if you know what i mean ;) No Im Jk i mostly Run and Im Reallly good at Sprinting But I was wondering what i could do to Beef up my Upper Body a bit Include a Full Routine is possible thanks
