Picture Messaging w/ T-Mobile help?!?!?

I use T-Mobile for my cell phone service. I have been trying to send picture messages to people. Every time I send it to this certain person, I get an error message that says: Sending failed. Recipient address not resolved. But I can receive pictures from this person. On other people, it will say that it sent the message, but they never get it. Then sometimes I cannot receive or send pics to people. I have tried most everything. Please help!!! It drives me nuts. ? Thanks!! :]
