Pimple or cold sore popped and white came out?

I have this thing on my lip, actually, it appears to be right above it. Initially thought it was a cold sore, but then i realized it only had one little blister head thingy rather than a bunch like usual. It made my lip right under it a little swollen. So i popped it and it popped like a pimple. White pimple like stuff shot out, and it honestly now looks like a popped pimple. Only felt it tingle once, usually cold sores tingle a bunch.
Doesn't itch or hurt, and like i said, only felt it tingle once.

You'll be fine, it's not a tumor, those fade quicker than pimples, but feel free to use concealment.

Prob just a pimple. Lips are a very tender area to get them in. Unless you of course get many of these on lips it could be something worse like cold sore or herpes simplex 5.
