Ok so I have a pimple on the right side of my nose (near the center). I'm not even sure if it is a pimple. I had a pimple on the same spot like a week ago and I left it alone. Then a few days ago I saw that it became some big round, bumpy dot (the size of a pencil eraser), but it didn't hurt when I touched it. It somewhat felt numb. It's really embarrassing and I want to get rid of it quickly. Don't say pop it because it seems to be unpoppable. how can I get rid of this?
