This has happened a few times.
I don't normally remember my dreams, but these I remember all too well, and it was frightening when I woke up.
I dreamt:
- pitch black nothingness
- I couldn't feel anything
- I couldn't see anything (obviously)
- I couldn't smell anything
- I couldn't hear anything
And the weirdes part of all of it, was the fact that I was perfectly calm... err no emotion what so ever would be a better way to describe it.
I also stopped breathing. I'm not exactly sure how long, but from the time my mom noticed it and tried to wake me up it was almost a minute.
Was I dead/dying?
I always thought they said that when you die, you see a bright light which signifies heaven... So did pitch blackness mean I was going to hell?
I've had these types of 'dreams/nightmares' before...
What do you think it means?
I also forgot to mention that on the days this usually happens, I'm unusually tired. Like REALLY tired. Almost like a took a handful of Xanax or something (which I didn't)
