Place were young fantasy/sci fi writers can post work and read each other's works.?

I've always had an imagination, and i've finally decided to put it to use. I've read Forgotten Realms till my eyes hurt, and watched more movies than you can shake a stick at. So i was just wondering if anyone knew about a site were young authors can go and post their beginning work and have it read by other younger authors.

There's a bunch of sites where you can post stories--I've used Worthy of Publishing and Wattpad. Worthy of Publishing has a more professional-looking layout, while Wattpad has a more social atmosphere. Both are good.
