Would love to explore Wales just for a week. I will be taking the car, but dont plan on doing that much driving.
Can you recommend to me where to visit and any good hotels you stayed in on route.

live near pembroke, loads of places to visit, say to visit the castles beaches.
abit far away but the druidstone hotel nr broad haven is really nice place to stay but there is lots of choice lol hope u enjoy it here
