I need help as I'm an amateur. I did all the right things, downloaded a video, left it to seed, but my windows media player won't play video, only the audio. I tried to associate .torrent files in windows integration (options/preferences in bittorrent menu) but the option is faded out. What else could I try. I've tried to search through the website, but just wondering if someone out there can tell me what I should do.

I've been working on this all evening last night, and today, I'm stumped. thanks for your help.
thanks, I'll try both methods.
Mr. Man, it worked. I'm level 1, so can't rate your answer, but thanks.

If you downloaded a movie, then it's probably an .avi file. Just go to the folder it was downloaded to and open the file that way. You may need to get a program that plays .avi, like VLC.

You need a codec pack, Download "KLCodec". Just search it on google, its free and contains almost all the major codecs and works amazingly ;)
