Playstation 3: Blue-Ray movie had small White Dots!?

I have a Panasonic 1080p And I have my Playstation 3 120gb SLIM connected to it with my DirectTv HDMI cable. I brought the movie The Collector and I see these White small dots all over the screen. Can somebody tell me the Problem????
My TV is a Panasonic Viera. It is 1080p. The game look great but when I put a BluRay in, it looks grainy.
 
its probably the TV coz some TV cant really show the best picture even if its Blue Ray, or it might be the connections.
