Please discuss Immanuel Kant's impact on Philosophy (and epistemology)?

This isn't an essay question, just curious.
Could anyone knowledgeable in the works of Kant and as well as the major divisions of philosophy please discuss the impact Kant had on them? For example, discussing the impact that Kant's Critique of Pure Reason had on the field of epistemology.
