Me and my husband are both from creative fields. We wish to have a casual week's getaway anywhere within Maharashtra to renew our creative inspirations. But most farm-houses/cottages charge approx. Rs.1000/person/day ....and so, a 7-8 day stay can get very expensive.
Can you suggest a place of natural beauty and good climate in the interiors of Maharashtra? We don't need the place to have any historic monuments nearby. All we want is a peaceful place in village surroundings. Something that will cost us within Rs.7,000/- for the 8-day stay (food and taxes inclusive) for our couple.
