Please Help!! BitTorrent is to Slow!!?

My Bittorrent takes 3 hours to download a (738.53 MB). I look at the peers and it says 0!! How do you get Peers!! As you can tell im a No0b!! Please Help. Thanks!!!

Peers are other users who are either downloading or "seeding" the same file as you.
Seeds have a copy, or part of a copy, of the file you need and are providing it to you.
Leeches are anyone downloading the file. But not necessarily without seeding.

So seeders are the most important link in the chain when using torrent clients. If you have no seeders, you have no file. There is no way to get more seeders without another user having a copy of the file and seeding it. In general, P2P is a very slow way to transfer files. That's just the way it is.

*Make sure you virus scan everything you download before using it*.

3 hours for a cd is pretty good, that's taken me 3 weeks before.

you get peers if there's other people downloading hte same torrent.

if you are using a router then you will havr to set up the ports

Don't stop the download while it's finish until the MB passing through the limits because some sites were use the term called share.
