So, I had a few pimples around my face. I just added toothpaste around the pimple and on it. At first it burned like crazy!!! But I just kept on. I left it on for the whole day, and whole night. (it didn't burn after it dried up).
Next morning, my brother says I have brown spots on my face (No it isn't freckles). I looked in the mirror and I see patches of dark brown skin (In the places it burned me).
Now I have these brown smudges (like chocolate) on my cheeks.
Question is. Will it turn back to my regular skin tone in a matter of time? If yes, how long? Any home-made products that can speed the skin tone change? WHEN ANSWERING, PLEASE INCLUDE ANSWERS TO THESE QUESTIONS!!!!
Additional:
I am light brown, but the smudges are darker.
I only put toothpaste on for a total of 36 hours (with some cleaning and reapplying in between)
The cheek looks healed, but it sometimes burns or stings when touched.
The smudges are a bit thicker than my skin
