Please help, how can I resist temptation with food!?

I'm 16, 5'6.5" and weigh 120 pounds. The past few weeks I've been noticing how much I've been eating. I can't control my want for food. I eat so much. Even when I'm not hungry I just have the urge to eat and eat and eat. Why am I feeling this way? And how can I resist temptation to keep eating. If I keep this up, I'm going to start gaining a lot of weight.
I only exercise for about an hour a day. Thanks
It's not healthy food either. I was the MVP back in the fall for cross country. I ate so healthy and ran so much. Now I've just been eating so much junk food and I'm feeling it. How can I stop
