PLEASE HELP i don't know what i'm doing on bittorrent?

okay so, i downloaded the sims 2. it's 100 % done and now it says it's seeding, whatever that is. now when I try to get it to run or open it, nothing happens besides a little box pops up titled "bittorrent properties". Do i have to do anything with that?
Or, when I right click and say "open containing folder", i don't know which of the 21 files to choose from or where to even start.

please help me, anyone.
it'd be greatly appreciated. :) haha
 
I know I'm beating a dead horse here, BUT, if you don't know what you are doing with torrents, you could get yourself in a heap of trouble. Many torrent sites are monitored because people steal copyrighted material through them, as you clearly did. Not to mention, the virus problem. You'll never know what a file has in store for you until you open it up. It doesn't matter what anti-virus program you use, something will get through. Now, what good is a free program if your computer doesn't work?
 
If it came as 21 files, it's probably RARed. Try using WinRAR or 7-zip to decompress it.
