Please help me find this movie from 2007/08?

I'm looking for a movie, way back from 2007 or 2008.
It's placed somewhere in middle east, and it's about an Assassination of some wise president.
The interesting idea about this thriller is that, the movie is separated in 4 parts and every part begins different, and ends up with the bomb attack of the wise president.
It's more likely, 4 different views on one situation: the assassination of the wise minister.
All i can remember is on one view. There was some press van.. and they were recording the wise ministers speech.
