death am i going to jail? I went to the hospital in GA and I used my fiances last name not really thinking about it i was just in so much pain i wrote stuff down so i could get back there fast but now i realized i signed the consent for treatment and responsibility for bill also with his last name am i going to jail? I am payying the bill so im not trying to get out of the bill also once i realized what had been done i called the hospital and changed it back to my original name, also ive never been in any legal trouble, if we get married will it work itself out?
