please help,my fish keeps turning upside down?

my glowlight tetra keeps going up side down and its finding it difficult to swim

Swim bladder. Dont feed it for a couple days then give it a boiled pea without the skin.

could be possibly living its final days im guessing!

I think that is is probably at the end of its life span, sorry... I had a goldfish that did this for a few days, but it died without getting better.
