i am trying to fix a friends computer after it kept coming up with a message saying "Windows Sy 32 config system file missing " so i reinstalled windows and all is fine until the task bar and start menu are gone. I finally fixed it then the next day it was gone again. I have tried everything but all has failed. I don't think it's a virus as i had used norton two days before to scan their computer and found a virus and got rid of it (i hope) what should i do now?
