Please help! Norton is blocking my internet access!?

For some reason Norton is blocking internet connection from Internet Explorer. In the "Personal Firewall" section of Norton I have Internet Explorer set to "Allow All", so why is this happening? I even changed it to "Automatic", but nothing happened. Right now, I'm having to disable Norton every time I want to go online. I don't understand why this is happening now because my computer was fine this morning!

P.S. I've restarted my computer several times already with no luck.
 
norton sux...uninstall it, get AVG or Nod32
my pc came with norton pre-installed, i just uninstalled it and put AVG.
why??
-norton suxx.
-sucks a lot of ram.
-does´t fully protects you.
-scans are about of 2 hours even if you have a multi-core desktop.
-internet toolbar just suck, and they put ur pc slooooowwwerrr.
-it presents conflicts with windows defender and windows firewall, so when you try to open some pages they just lock up.
