This would be my schedule
7:00 am.
special k cereal with lowfat milk
10:00 am.
activia yogurt low fat with a whole wheat sandwich with turkeybreast, cheese, and some mayo. [not alot which is sorta okay i think] if not the sandwich then an orange with activia.
1:00 pm.
an apple and plum
2:30 pm.
an orange lol
4:00 pm.
italian bmt with toppings of lettuce and some mayo if i don't eat the whole wheat sandwich.
then i go to the gym for 2 hours doing elliptical training for 25 minutes, taking aerobics or like other gym classes for 45 minutes or treadmill for 20 minutes and fitness for 15-20 minutes.
and at 7 i would eat grilled chicken with veggies or something else like this.
is this okay for losing weight?
or not, because i need something simple that will make me full.
i go to school and cant cook for the whole day.
im 5'6
175 ppounds.
