Please Help With Name Of Rap Song With Chris Martin, I Think!?

Hi, my name is Sarah. I was at the mall the other day and I was in Spencer's gift shop and the radio was playing in there. It was playing this one song it sounded like a rap song with some guy rapping with the tune of: 'da na na, da na na, na na' then a chorus of "...That's Who You Are..." and it sounded sooo much like it could've been Chris Martin from Coldplay by the sound of his voice. I've looked all over the internet for this song and I can't find it anywhere. I even looked at all the rap albums that feature Chris Martin such as Jay-Z's and Kanye West's and NO luck. It may not even be Chris Martin because I listened to all the songs he did and none of them sound like this one. I know the discription that I'm writing is hard. But if ANYBODY knows the name to this song, PLEASE let me know... I'd appreciate it sooo much, Thank You! (=

U might be thinking of homecoming by kanye west. chris martin sings the chorus. It goes.......maybe u can remember when 5 lakes in michigan oh well im coming home again coming home again. n like later in the song he goes well yo we yo we yo.is that the one ur thinking of?
