Ok, im super hungry, and i have been craving asparagus all day. Luckily i have a 425g of asparagus spears in my cupboard, and i was wondering if anyone had a really good recipe to use them in. Im only serving myself, and i would like something relatively easy with minimal mess. Im not fussy, but would anyone have a recipe for asparagus spears with a cream sauce? I have mushrooms and butter (but only unsalted) and quite a bit of cream (unwhipable if that helps) I have all the other typical ingredients in my kitchen.
