Please hep me out lol i dont know what to do?

Okay im 20 a few weeks from 21. im 275, just lost 10 pounds in a week :) from walking on the treadmill 30 Min's a day AND on a diet Now i only have a treadmill when should i start running how long(I can jog for a like 1 min and im spent.. literally) or should i keep doin 30 Min's walkin but maybe shoot for 2x a day, i have been walking for a week now. Also i have been cutting back on my foods and eating a little healthier my mom tells me portion size is important too say like we have spaghetti or something eat a small amount. ya know? 6 people in the fam kinda hard but yeah..
this is what i been doing
1 bag of oat mill for breakfast which is 110 calories or cereal like Cheerios
lunch these soups with chicken and stuff which is also 100 or 120 calories and an apple and then for dinner
these dinner things called healthy choice? there about 300 - 400 calories, I know there high on sodium but they say no more then 2400mg of sodium a day and im below that, Will that still be okay?
also im only eating about 500-1000 calories a day should i increase that? i went from a good 3000 to 5000 a day before i started this.
