I'm a 16 year old girl and I have an anxiety disorder and I'm a hypocondriac. Sometimes I feel like my head is like not on my shoulders, like it just feels light sometimes and I start worrying about it. I talked to my docter about it and she said its my anxiety and yeah it only happens when I basically concentrate and think about it. But i just wanna know has anyone experienced this with anxiety or if u can? Thanks for the answers and God bless you all!
