last week i got a new samsung transform for sprint. i was extremely happy with it until now. i cannot use my keyboard. whenever i press the e, it goes to my email. L goes to my calender, and im not going to even try the others. only a few of them work, even during a message or when i am on the web. it is honestly the most annoying thing ever, i cant send any messages because of this. i tried going to my settings but there was nothing for this. today i got all my contacts from my old verizon env2 transferred, so maybe that had something to do with it? it was not like this before today.

and also, how do i get ringtones from phonezoo onto my phone? whenever i send it, i go to the link, download it on my phone, but it just goes to music and i cant use it as a ringtone.
