This mi not be a big deal but it is to me i didnt arrive at work til 10;30 on friday because he would not move his car and my car is only way of transport for me to get there, he always come there evry morning to his sister house and he come there half 8 because he know he will make me late before 9 o clock
What can i do, my boss put the blame on me telling i am not making effort to come in and if my behavior continue i will lose my job
I have an argument with him about this many time and i explain to him in good manner but he is being stuborn now he do it to annnoyyyyyyy me i hate him
