i want to get "The Punisher acheivment" but otis won't call me! when he does, the meter is already in the red indicating that i have less than an hour. i have looked for , wrote down the times of boss fights, and waited but otis doesn't call and if he does it is too late. sometimes the captives are there but no boss. HELPP~!!!!!!!!!!
