Pokemon Leaf Green-Where is the Soothe Bell?
they said that i have to use an itemfinder to find it in the pokemon tower where mr.fuji stood. i am trying to raise my chansey and my togepi. i want them to evolve but i cant find it. i passed the event where he stood there long time ago-i even caught mew two already. i came back and i cant find the soothe bell and i cant remember where mr.fuji stood? HEEELLLPP!! where is it?
