Its late at night So I'm coming up to a stop sign, perpendicular from me a police officer was coming at the same time with his headlights off. Im trying not to do anything stupid because i see an officer, so when i make a right turn he makes a u-turn around the island following me and pulls me over. Apparently he said i didnt make a full stop at the stop sign, when i actually did. there was 8 people in the car with me because im driving a van and they all knew i stopped because i saw the officer, now i have to go to court all because of this. This is my first time getting a ticket and i really dont know what to say in court.....can i use this against him?
