Just like any other couple? Does a child really need a mom and a dad.


Many kids turn out well with one parent, why not two of the same sex? NO??
 
Me and my boyfriend are getting married in a couple months, and we plan on adopting a child. Nothing wrong with gay parents. If people have a problem with it, it's their fault.

A child needs constant, consistent unconditional love, guidance and understanding. If the person or persons giving that is straight, gay, lesbians, transsexual or transgendered makes no difference. The are straights who are lousy parents (my sister is one) some who should have never had a child. All you can to then is be there for the child and be the constant in their lives. I happen to be a lesbian but my nieces and nephews love me as much as they do because I was and still am the one who was always there even though they are grown and have kids of their own.
