Poll: What's better a Sparkling Gourami or Guppy?

I know guppies breed like crazy, but I would only get males, and trust me I CAN tell the difference. =] and Sparkling Gouramis are cute too.

I'd go with gouramis. They're bigger and can live longer in all likelihood. You could let them breed without having to give them away to keep your tank from being too full.
 
I find Guppies to be extremely boring as far as personality is concerned. They may be colorful, but they are rather dumb. If you're setting up a tank you don't want to have to worry about a whole lot, go with the Guppies; if you want a tank that you'll see every day and actually maintain well, definitely go with the Sparkling Gourami-- you'll find they, unlike Guppies, actually have a personality.
