im 16 and a girl and i am 5,6 and 103 pounds but my belly isnt flat from the side it kinda pops out :( what can i do to flatten it and who else is like this plus when i bend over for large amounts of time i get lines accross my belly? also t when i wear wear shorts and then sit down my thighs look fat too.
 
Tone. It sounds like youre pretty skinny so you dont need to worry about losing weight, you just need to tone up your stomach.

Do curlups and other exercises to flatten the area.
