Popping sound from tailbone area...?

Popping sound from tailbone area...?
everytime i raise my right side knee waist high and set it back down while in standing position...during
the motion of setting the knee back down, there's a popping sound
from my tailbone area...at times to quick ones.

no pain, i'm athletic, and have had this for years.

anyone know why..?
