this will be a bit lengthy, sorry in advance.

I previously seperated my left shoulder about 3years ago. I was at basic training and in the first week of august we did a confidence course and had to climb a ladder and go under over each rung ( they were quite a distance apart) i put my left shoulder up behind me and pushed down so i could life myself up and something happened in my left shoulder

i finally went to my dr at home in october and she had me get xrays. most pain is on the back side of my shoulder but also some pain on the front side aas well and down my arm ( bicep area) i have limited range of motion. i can move it in all ways but anything about my shoulder level hurts alot. my shoulder seems to grind when i try to do a full motion. my shoulder blade area also constantly pops when i push my shoulder foward

the xrays didnt show anything so iwent and go an MRI done i have the results on a disc but obviously cant read them because im not a radiologist. and my appointment isnt until later this week so i really just want to know what otherpeople think as well.

as of the past couple days im in ALOT of pain in my left shoulder blade area any time that i cough, deep breaths, or laugh.

just want to know some opinions... my orthopedic dr thinks its a possible torn labrum and my shoulder blade popping is normal aand nothing serious... but im on a football team our athletic trainer thinks it might be a torn labrum and the popping in my shoudler blade could possibly be a torn supraspinatus (rotator cuff) or a result of my torn labrum and my shoulder falling in and out of socket or something like that. and that is hould be in a sling already.

any ideas?

thank you for reading if you took the time.. if i wasnt in so much pain i wouldnt be asking.
I also am concerned because i play football and in the military so i really dont want to have surgery but im in so much pain that it might eb worth it fi i need it.

I was just seeking this info for a while. After six hours of continuous Googleing, at last I got it in your site. I wonder what is the lack of Google strategy that do not rank this type of informative sites in top of the list. Normally the top sites are full of garbage.
