Hello my name is Gary. I am doing a paper for school on criminals who flee the state or country they reside in. I am looking for a few questions pertaining to my paper if you would be willing to help me out. My first question is when a person buys a plane ticket is their name ran through any system that would show whether or not they have a warrant for their arrest or are out on bail? Second, once the person goes through security do the TSA officers have any information linking a person to anything? I am trying to perform a study on the security of the airports, not just for terrorists but men and women that travel everyday that could be dangerous criminals.
